Reservations can be made via website, WhatsApp, or in person.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be completed at least 1 day before the tour date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the customer:
More than 7 days: 70% refund
3–6 days: 50% refund
Less than 24 hour: no refund
If the tour is canceled by the organizer due to weather or force majeure, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
3. Changes
Changes to date or number of participants must be made at least 3 days prior, subject to availability.
Late changes may incur extra charges or be rejected.
4. Participant Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Participants must follow safety instructions and be in good health.
